Community at COR & RAGÙ

 

At Cruise Hospitality, community isn’t an add‑on - it’s the heart of who we are. COR and RAGÙ are family‑run neighbourhood restaurants in South Bristol, built on the belief that hospitality can bring people together, create opportunity, and make a meaningful difference.

We’re proud to give back to the communities that support us. Across both restaurants, we work with Bristol and national charities, building long‑term relationships that use food, skills and shared experiences to empower people, support those in need, and champion the hospitality industry.

Both venues also run Hospitality Wednesdays, offering 30% off our à la carte lunch menus for anyone working in the industry. It’s our way of recognising the people who keep hospitality moving - chefs, bartenders, servers, managers, suppliers and everyone in between. Whether you’re popping in solo or bringing a few colleagues, it’s a midweek moment to relax, recharge and enjoy great food at a neighbourhood spot that values what you do.

Our spaces are designed to be used by the community. At COR and RAGÙ, we regularly host pop‑ups, charity nights, creative projects and skill‑building sessions. These events give our team and our neighbours the chance to explore ideas, showcase talent and bring people together. So far, this has included:

• Team‑led pop‑ups testing new concepts and menus

• Themed regional cuisine nights

• First‑aid and wellbeing training

• Wine tasting & WSET courses

• Fish butchery workshops

• Filming projects with local university students

• Charity collaborations and fundraising events
